Rakta Kalika Devi Construction and Suppliers is a construction and supplier company located in Gairidhara, Kathmandu that provides construction services with complete office solution. We are Generous Builders who implements urban design projects utilizing a large network of alliances with city governments, businesses and NGOs.
Overviewing the pandemic situation of 2020 A.D., on the 'COVID-19' outbreak we completed a challenging task for the generous well-being of everyone. In order to encourage good hygiene and to reduce the chances of spreading this deadly 'Coronavirus', a hand washing station was included in the facility designs. Taking care of the pandemic, we prepared hand-washing station with the sinks consisting of basin with volume controlled, foot pedal operated faucets to limit wasted water and a liquid soap dispenser. These sinks are also located in close proximity to the caretaker’s office, allowing for the caretaker to simultaneously act as repair man, overseer for vandalism prevention, and hygiene practices educator. The hand-wash station project was a task in association with a iNGOs of the valley named Batas Foundation,Nepal. As per the NGOs requisition, the total of 64 hand-wash station was delivered in the various places in the Kathmandu valley, including other places of eastern and western part Nepal. It was bit challenging task, though we tried out best in contributing delightful experience.
Recently, we worked on renovation project at Gairidhara, Kathmandu, Nepal. The project was for new structure renovations and constructions. As per the Universal Home Solution Pvt. Ltd. requisition, we renovated various part and added new building structures as per the architectural design. Building renovation is defined as the structural and technical restoration, or modernisation of one or several floors or even an entire existing structure. On the one hand, it can focus on maintenance, but also on resolving flaws (partial renovation). We with our construction team were very honoured to get this project as it was challenging task for us and indeed this project should be successful. The renovation project is still going on, somehow it delayed due to second wave of Covid-19. Moreover, the building renovation and restoration is at its final stage to be fully furnoshed. It was challenging experience, though we tried out best in contributing sustainable excellence.
